浮针结合刺络药物罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation on Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Combined with Collateral-pricking Medicinal Cups on Acute Ankle Sprain

目的观察浮针结合刺络药物罐治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果并探讨其作用机制。方法60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各30例。两组患者在受伤后的48 h内均采取基础的RICE(休息、冷敷、加压、抬高)治疗。在基础治疗后,治疗组予浮针结合刺络药物罐治疗,对照组予刺络药物罐治疗。分别比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1周、2周的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、美国足与踝关节协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分、踝关节肿胀评分。结果两组治疗1周、2周后VAS评分、踝关节AOFAS评分、肿胀评分与治疗前比较均改善,且治疗组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论浮针结合刺络药物罐疗法,能明显缓解急性踝关节扭伤患者的疼痛、肿胀程度,及不同程度改善踝关节功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on treating acute ankle sprain by Fu's Subcutaneous Nee-dling with collateral-pricking medicinal cups.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute ankle sprain were divid-ed into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 patients in each group.Both groups received basic RICE treatment(rest,ice,compression,elevation)within 48 hours of injury.Af-ter the basic treatment,the treatment group were treated by Fu's Subcutaneous Needling with medicinal cups for pricking collaterals,while the control group was treated with collateral-pricking medicinal cups.The changes of VAS score,AOFAS ankle hind foot score and ankle joint swelling score before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks af-ter treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score,ankle AOFAS score and swelling score of the two groups improved after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment,and all the indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fu's Subcu-taneous Needling combined with collateral-pricking medicinal cups can significantly relieve the pain and swelling degree of patients with acute ankle sprain and improve ankle function in different degrees.
