揿针联合药物治疗突发性聋临床观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Press Needle Combined with Drug Treatment for Sudden Deafness

目的观察中药联合针刺治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法将200例突发性聋患者随机分为针药组和药物组各100例,其中针药组在药物治疗的基础上于听宫、听会、翳风、合谷、内耳处予揿针针刺治疗,观察两组患者听力、耳鸣、耳闷胀感、眩晕改善情况,两组患者症状消失时间。结果治疗后两组患者听力、耳鸣、耳闷胀感症状恢复情况,针药组均优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论揿针疗法是治疗突发性聋的有效手段。

Objective:To observetheclinical effect of Chinesemedicinecombined withacupunctureon sudden deafness.Methods:A total of 200 patients with sudden deafness were selected and randomly divided into the acu-puncture group and drug group,100 cases in each group.The acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment in the Tinggong,Tihui,Yifeng,Hegu and inner ear on the basis of drug treatment.The improvement of hearing,tin-nitus,stuffy ear and vertigo in the two groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the recovery of hearing,tinni-tus,stuffy ear,vertigo and other symptoms in the acupuncture treatment group were better than those in the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture is an effective means to treat sudden deafness.
