舒肝解郁胶囊联合圣·约翰草提取物片治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

Clinical study on Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Extract of St.John’s Wort Tablets in treatment of depression

目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合圣·约翰草提取物片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月—2020年12月衡水市第七人民医院收治的200例抑郁症患者,按随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例。对照组口服圣·约翰草提取物片,1片/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服舒肝解郁胶囊,2粒/次,每日早晚各1次。两组疗程均为6周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、36项健康调查简表(SF-36)总分。统计两组不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率是92.00%,较对照组的82.00%显著提高(P<0.05)。治疗2、4、6周后两组HAMD-17评分均显著降低(P<0.05),均以治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SCL-90中各因子(包括抑郁、人际关系敏感、躯体化、精神病性、强迫症状等)评分及其总评分均显著降低(P<0.05),均以治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PSQI总分均显著降低,SF-36总分均显著提高(P<0.05),均以治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,治疗组不良反应发生率是3.00%,显著高于对照组的2.00%;两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合圣·约翰草提取物片能有效提高抑郁症患者的总体疗效,减轻抑郁症状,改善心理健康状况、睡眠质量及生活质量,控制病情发展,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Extract of St.John’s Wort Tablets in treatment of depression.Methods A total of 200 patients with depression admitted to the Seventh People’s Hospital of Hengshui from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Extract of St.John’s Wort Tablets,1 tablet/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shugan Jieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group,2 grains/time,once in the morning and once in the evening.The treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the total scores of 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),90 items of Self-Symptom Rating Scale(SCL-90),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and 36 items of Health survey Brief Form(SF-36)were compared before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).After 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,HAMD-17 scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all factors(including depression,interpersonal sensitivity,somatization,psychosis,obsessive-compulsive symptoms)in SCL-90 and their total scores were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and they were more significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of PSQI was significantly decreased,but the total score of SF-36 was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(2.00%).There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Extract of St.John’s Wort Tablets can effectively improve the overall efficacy of patients with depression,and can reduce depressive symptoms,improve mental health,sleep quality and life quality,and can control the development of the disease,which has high safety.
