槐杞黄颗粒联合多西环素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Huaiqihuang Granules combined with doxycycline intreatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒联合注射用盐酸多西环素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的120例支原体肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组静脉滴注注射用盐酸多西环素,2.0 mg/kg,每12小时1次。治疗组患儿在对照组基础上口服槐杞黄颗粒,10 g/次,2次/d。两组患者连续治疗7 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组患儿主要症状的消失时间,血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平和中性粒细胞/血小板计数(NLR)。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组总有效率80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组发热、咳嗽、咯痰、肺啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清IL-17水平、NLR均显著降低,血清IL-35水平显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组血清IL-17水平、NLR均显著低于对照组,血清IL-35水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒联合注射用盐酸多西环素可提高支原体肺炎患儿的临床疗效,减轻临床症状,降低炎症反应,药物安全性好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Doxycycline Hyclate for injection in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods Children(120 cases)with mycoplasma pneumonia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,and each group had 60 cases.Patients in the control group were iv administered with Doxycycline Hyclate for injection,2.0 mg/kg,every 12 hours.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huaiqihuang Granules on the basis of the control group,10 g/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the disappearance times of clinical symptoms,the levels of IL-17 and IL-35,and NLR in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance times of fever,cough,phlegm,and lung rales in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-17serum levels and NLR in two groups were significantly decreased,but IL-35 serum levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).And IL-17 serum levels and NLR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but IL-35 serum levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Doxycycline Hyclate for injection can improve the clinical efficacy of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,reduce clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,with good drug safety.
