基于相火论探讨原发性骨质疏松症的防治

原发性骨质疏松症是一种骨吸收和重建失衡的退行性病变,是老年人易发生骨折的主要病理因素,对老年人造成严重的身体和心理创伤。探求相火论和原发性骨质疏松症病机之间的关系,进而在其理论指导下进行防治。通过阅读朱丹溪的相火论,基于相火失常的2种状态,分析“相火不足”“相火妄动”和骨质疏松症病机的内在联系。“相火不足”导致肾阳得不到温煦,气化不利,精不得化,骨失所养;“相火妄动”会煎熬真阴,致肝肾阴亏,髓空骨枯,为原发性骨质疏松症发病的重要病机。相火不足多是由相火妄动日久,肝肾阴亏,无法涵养相火,致使相火失位,向外飘散,阴损及阳。从秋冬养阴、清淡饮食、怡情寡欲、滋阴降火4个方面来防治由“相火妄动”引发的原发性骨质疏松症。
