郑惠芳教授窠囊学说论治子宫肌瘤经验

Experience of Professor Zheng Huifang in Treating Hysteromyoma with Kenang Theory

窠囊是痰瘀互结理论的重要论述,经过不断发展成为一个具有鲜明特色的中医理论。此文基于窠囊内结理论,认为子宫肌瘤因脏腑气血冲任虚衰,外邪内侵,或情志因素或饮食不慎等造成脏腑功能失调,气机不畅,气血不和,形成瘀血、湿浊、痰饮等有形实邪,阻滞胞宫、胞脉,日久形成癥瘕。郑惠芳教授基于窠囊理论提出“窠囊阻滞冲任胞宫”是子宫肌瘤发病的中医机制,并采用化痰化瘀并行、注重补气、健脾补肝肾之法治疗子宫肌瘤,取得较好效果。附验案2则。

The Kenang is an important discussion of the theory of mutual connection between phlegm and blood stasis,which has developed into a distinctive theory of Traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of intranasal junctions.It is believed that hysteromyoma are caused by deficiency of qi and blood of zang-fu organs,internal invasion of external evil,or emotional factors or poor diet,etc.Immobility of qi and blood could result in blood stasis,dampness,phlegm and other imperfection,blocking cell palace and blood vessel,forming lump.In addition,the treatment of uterine fibroids by eliminating phlegm and stasis,focusing on invigorating qi,invigorating spleen and liver and kidney has achieved a good effect.Two cases were attached.
