桃核承气汤治疗子宫内膜异位症临床观察

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者应用桃核承气汤加减治疗的效果。方法选择江西省九江市都昌县妇幼保健院2019年4月—2021年3月收治的60例EMT患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组服用达那唑胶囊治疗,在此基础上观察组加服桃核承气汤加减治疗,均连续治疗6个月。对2组卵巢功能、血清学指标及不良反应进行评估。结果观察组治疗后黄体期和卵泡期搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)及糖类抗原125(CA125)、血栓素B2(TXB2)水平低于对照组,收缩期最大流速(PSV)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均未见明显不良反应。结论EMT患者应用桃核承气汤加减治疗可改善卵巢功能,降低血清CA125、TXB2水平,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。 Objective To explore the effect of Taohe Chengqi decoction on endometriosis(EMT)patients.Methods A total of 60 EMT patients admitted to Duchang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with danazol,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Taohe Chengqi decoction.The treatment was continued for 6 months.The ovarian function,serological indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results The luteal phase and follicular phase pulsatility index(PI),vascular resistance index(RI),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and thromboxane B2(TXB2)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the maximum systolic flow rate(PSV)of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The application of Taohe Chengqi decoction in EMT patients can improve ovarian function and reduce serum CA125 and TXB2 levels.It is a safe and effective treatment plan.
