参藤三黄汤合葛根芩连汤治疗肾虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病临床观察

Shenteng Sanhuang Decoction and Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的研究参藤三黄汤合葛根芩连汤在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果。方法抽取桓仁满族自治县中医院2019年8月—2020年12月收治的82例糖尿病肾病肾虚血瘀型患者进行研究,按计算机随机数字表法分组,均分为观察组41例和对照组41例。观察组选用参藤三黄汤合葛根芩连汤治疗,对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,比较2组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者的血糖水平、肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中采用参藤三黄汤合葛根芩连汤的效果理想,同时有利于改善患者的血糖水平、肾功能。

Objective To study the effect of Shenteng Sanhuang decoction and Gegen Qinlian decoction in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in Huanren Manchu Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected for research,and they were divided into observation group of 41 cases and control group of 41 cases according to the computer table method.The observation group was treated with Shenteng Sanhuang decoction and Gegen Qinlian decoction,and the control group was treated with Irbesartan.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than that of the control group(78.05%,32/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level and renal function index between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,Shenteng Sanhuang decoction and Gegen Qinlian decoction has an ideal effect,and at the same time it is beneficial to improve the patient’s blood sugar level and renal function.
