四逆三核汤联合地屈孕酮治疗肝郁血瘀型子宫内膜息肉临床观察

Sini Sanhe Decoction Combined with Duphaston in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyp of Liver Depression and Blood Stasis Type

目的通过四逆三核汤联合地屈孕酮治疗肝郁血瘀型子宫内膜息肉,以期为子宫内膜息肉提供新的药物治疗方法。方法收集肝郁血瘀型子宫内膜息肉患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用四逆三核汤联合地屈孕酮治疗,对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及中医证候评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,尤其是对15 mm以内的子宫内膜息肉,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于≥15 mm的子宫内膜息肉,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组月经评分均未改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者情绪评分明显改善,组内前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四逆三核汤联合地屈孕酮治疗15 mm以内子宫内膜息肉效果显著,同时可改善子宫内膜息肉患者的焦虑情绪。

Objective To provide a new therapeutic method for the treatment of endometrial polyp of liver stagnation and blood stasis type by Sini Sanhe decoction combined with duphaston.Methods 100 patients with endometrial polyp of liver stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Sini Sanhe decoction and duphaston.The control group was treated with duphaston.The clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,especially for endometrial polyps less than 15 mm,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).For endometrial polyps≥15 mm,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Menstrual scores of the two groups were not improved,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the emotional scores of patients in the observation group were significantly improved,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sini Sanhe decoction combined with duphaston is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyp less than 15 mm,and can improve the anxiety state of patients with endometrial polyp.
