我国护理教育的发展现状与对策分析

Analysis on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Nursing Education in China

随着护理学的不断发展以及学科地位的提高,人们对护理工作者的要求越来越高,护理工作者不仅要具备基本的技术操作能力,还要有更高的诊断和处理疾病的能力。护理教育作为培养高素质护理人员的关键环节,受到人们的广泛关注。此文从护生的逆商水平、人文教育、灾难教育以及循证教育方面入手,探讨了我国护理教育的发展现状,旨在为我国护理教育今后的发展提供参考依据。

With the continuous development of nursing and the improvement of the status of the subject,people have higher and higher requirements for nursing workers,not only having basic technical operation skills,but also having a higher ability to diagnose and deal with diseases.Nursing education,as a key link in cultivating high-quality nursing staff,has received widespread attention.This article discusses the development status of nursing education in my country from the aspects of adverse quotient level,humanities education,disaster education and evidence-based education of nursing students,and aims to provide a reference for the future development of nursing education in my country.
