中医健康宣教浅谈

Dissemination and Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Education

在国家大力发展及弘扬中医文化的良好氛围和背景下,了解和认识中医,普及富有深厚中华文化底蕴的中医文化已经是一种热潮。中医既是一种治病防病的医学,更是一种养生保健方法和手段。中西医在治病过程中各有千秋,相比西医学,中医学更注重“天人合一”“标本兼治”“异病同治”“同病异治”等理念的运用,在临床上也得到诸多验证。中医健康宣教将中医治病理念与调护贯通,在临床上能够较好地辅助诊疗过程,文章从中医的方式方法和内容方面入手,以探索中医健康知识的推广与传播形式。

Under the good atmosphere and background of developing and carrying forward traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture vigorously,it has been a upsurge to understand and understand TCM and popularize the TCM culture rich in profound Chinese culture.TCM is not only a kind of medical treatment and prevention,but also a method and means of health care.Traditional Chinese and western medicine have their own strengths in treating diseases.Compared with western medicine,TCM pays more attention to the application of such concepts as“unity of nature and man”,“treating both symptoms and root causes”,“treating different diseases with the same treatment”,and“treating different diseases with different treatments”,which have been verified in clinical practice.TCM health education combines TCM treatment concept with nursing care,which can better assist the diagnosis and treatment process in clinical practice.This paper starts from the ways,methods and contents of TCM health education to explore the form of TCM health education promotion and communication.
