从降脂角度探讨针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease from the Angle of Lipid Lowering

以中医整体观念为指导思想,从“降脂”角度研究针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病的概况。此文通过查阅相关文献,对阿尔茨海默病的治疗采用针刺足三里、内关、三阴交、丰隆等具有降脂作用的穴位进行了总结与分析,发现具有多靶点、多途径和多层面的作用特点。通过改善突触可塑性、调控海马区或皮质区神经递质水平、提高脑源神经营养因子、调控氧化应激反应、改善脂质代谢水平等多种途径发挥对阿尔茨海默病的整体调控作用。

Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the general situation of acupuncture treatment of dementia from the angle of“lipid lowing”was explored.By referring to relevant literature,this paper summarized and analyzed the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)by acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36),Neiguan(PC6),Sanyijiao(SP6)and Fenglong(ST40)with lipid-lowering effect.In addition,it is found that they have the characteristics of multi-target,multi-approach and multi-layer effect.Through improving synaptic plasticity,regulating the level of neurotransmitters in hippocampus or cortex,enhancing brain-derived neurotrophic factors,regulating oxidative stress response,and improving lipid metabolism level,AD can be regulated as a whole.
