数字化、专业化转型是企业实现高质量发展的关键。并表近年上市公司数据,采用半参数Cox估计方法构建企业生存风险函数,分解企业生产经营的内部控制与外部环境因素。研究发现,专业化转型确实能延长企业的生存周期,而数字化转型却产生了背离预期现实的结果,即数字化转型一定程度上增加了企业的生存风险。因而,企业应注重内部人员管控能力与企业经营能力,地方政府应提升并优化营商环境,进而发挥专业化与数字化转型的市场潜力。

Digitalization and professional transformation are the key for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.The data of listed companies in recent years are combined,and the semi-parametric Cox estimation method is used to construct the enterprise survival risk function,and the internal control and external environmental factors of the enterprise's production and operation are decomposed.The study found that professional transformation can indeed prolong the survival cycle of enterprises,but digital transformation has produced results that deviate from the expected reality,that is,digital transformation has increased the survival risk of enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to internal personnel management and control capabilities and business operation capabilities,and local governments should improve and optimize the business environment,and then tap the market potential of specialization and digital transformation.
