“两化融合”试验区建设对产业结构升级的影响研究

Study on the Influence of the Construction of “Integration of the Two” Pilot Zone on the Upgrading of Industrial Structure

在我国新一代科技与产业变革背景下,推进信息化与工业化的融合发展是促进产业结构升级的重要举措。基于2004—2019年我国264个城市的面板数据,利用多期双重差分方法考察了“两化融合”试验区建设对产业结构升级的影响及内在机制。结果表明:“两化融合”试验区政策能够显著促进产业结构升级;政策效果会随着试点城市的区域位置、经济发展阶段、创新驱动要素的投入和金融发展水平的不同而产生差异;地区经济增长目标具有显著地负向调节效应,而高铁开通具有显著地正向调节效应;该试点政策能够通过提高工业机器人应用、增强区域创新能力、提升财政扶持力度和扩大市场规模来促进产业结构升级。

Under the background of the new generation of science and technology and industrial reform in our country,it is an important measure to promote the integration of information and industrialization in order to upgrade the industrial structure.Based on the panel data of 264 cities in China from 2004 to 2019,this paper uses the multi-stage difference-in-differences method to investigate the impact of the construction of the integration of information and industrialization pilot zone on the upgrading of industrial structure and its internal mechanism.The results show that the “integration of information and industrialization” pilot zone policy can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure;The policy effect will vary with the regional location,economic development stage,input of innovation driving factors and financial development level of pilot cities.The target of regional economic growth has a significantly negative moderating effect,while the operation of high-speed trains has a significantly positive moderating effect.The pilot policy can promote the upgrading of industrial structure by increasing the application of industrial robots,enhancing regional innovation capacity,increasing financial support and expanding market size.
