藜麦OSCA基因家族的鉴定及进化分析

Identification and Evolutionary Analysis of OSCA Gene Family in Chenopodium Quinoa

目的 对藜麦高渗门控钙渗透通道(OSCA)基因家族进行全基因水平上的鉴定,以挖掘藜麦Ca2+非选择性阳离子通道OSCA家族成员。方法 利用BLASTP、MEGA7、GSDS、KaKs_Calculator等生物信息学手段对藜麦OSCA家族进行鉴定、进化分析、基因结构及基因复制分析。结果 藜麦基因组中含有21个OSCA成员,进化分类划分成4个亚家族(I、II、III和IV),分别含有6、8、5和2个OSCA,且各个亚家族基因结构呈现保守性。此外,在藜麦中共鉴定出5对OSCA复制基因,且在基因复制发生之后,有80%的OSCA复制基因经历了强烈的纯化选择。结论 藜麦OSCA复制基因的功能可能没有发生明显的分化。

Objective In our study,a genome-wide identification and evolutionary analysis of OSCA gene family in Chenopodium quinoa was investigated,so as to explore the members of the OSCA family of Chenopodium quinoa's Ca2+non-selective cation channels.Methods Bioinformatics approaches such as BLASTP,MEGA7,GSDS and KaKs_Calculator were used to identify,analyze the evolution,gene structure,and gene replication of the OSCA family in Chenopodium quinoa.Results A total of 21 OSCA members were identified in Chenopodium quinoa,and phylogenetically divided into 4 distinct subfamilies,each containing 6,8,5,and 2 OSCAs.Gene structure of OSCA members within each subgroup was highly conserved.Besides,5 duplicated OSCA gene pairs were investigated in Chenopodium quinoa,and 80% duplicated OSCA gene pairs have mainly experienced purifying selection pressure with limited function divergence.Conclusion The function of duplicated OSCA gene pairs might be not strongly divergent.
