The Training Path of Intelligent Coal Mine Talents in Local Application-oriented University under Dual Carbon Target

国家双碳目标发展战略下,煤炭行业智能化建设提速,煤矿智能化人才需求增加。为了给煤矿智能化发展提供人才保障和支撑,秉承工程教育专业认证理念,从人才培养体系、师资队伍建设、实践教学、培养质量持续改进等方面探索地方应用型高校煤矿智能化人才培养路径,以期为地方应用型高校提供可行性强的煤矿智能化人才培养方法,提高人才培养质量。

Under the national dual carbon target development strategy,the intelligent construction of coal industry accelerates,and the demand for intelligent coal mine personnel increases.In order to provide personnel guarantee and support for the intelligent development of coal mines,adhering to the professional certification concept of engineering education,this paper probed into the training path of intelligent coal mine talents from the aspects of personnel training system,construction of teaching staff,practical teaching and continuous improvement of training quality in order to provide the local application-oriented universities with feasible training methods for intelligent coal mine talents,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
