以园林技术专业为例,深入分析“工匠精神”融入专业文化以促进人才培养质量提升的实践。通过将“敬业”内容融入专业职业文化、将“专注”内容融入专业人文文化、将“精益”内容融入专业技能文化、将“创新”内容融入专业精神文化等措施,有效提升高职园林技术专业的人才培养质量。总结实践经验,下一阶段应从侧重“匠德”与人才道德素质的联合打造、促进“匠规”与人才法律素养的双向提升、强化“匠艺”与人才专业能力的统一融合、注重“匠心”与人才创新能力的有机衔接等方面入手,推动“工匠精神”融入专业文化。
