高职院校“1+X”证书制度试点工作研究——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

Research on the Pilot Work of the 1+X Certificate System in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce as an Example

介绍学校“1+X”证书制度试点情况,通过强化组织领导、营造试点氛围、建立长效机制、创造保障条件和破解主要矛盾、深化书证融通、增强校企合作、健全规章制度等举措,有效激活试点改革原动力,提升师生发展能力,促进学校转型发展。分析学校试点工作存在的问题,提出相应的改进办法,在学校层面为推进试点工作高质量发展提供有益探索和借鉴。

This article is mainly concerning the pilot work of 1+X certificate system implemented in higher vocational colleges.Measures such as strengthening leadership,creating a pilot atmosphere,establishing long-term mechanisms,creating guarantee conditions to resolve major problems as well as deepening the integration of diplomas and certificates,enhancing school-enterprise cooperation,and perfecting rules and regulations would effectively activate the internal driving force of the pilot reform,enhance teachers’ability,promote the transformation and development of the school.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the pilot work,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,so as to provide beneficial exploration and reference for promoting the high quality development of the pilot work at the school level.
