基于CiteSpace知识图谱的中药黄精研究热点与前沿分析

Research hotspot and frontier analysis of Huangjing based on CiteSpace knowledge map

目的:探究中药黄精产业领域的现状、研究热点及研究前沿,为今后黄精相关研究提供参考。方法:收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和Web of Science自建库至2022年12月31日与中药黄精研究的相关文献,以文献计量学为理论支持,基于CiteSpace6.1.R6与Excel软件,对发文趋势、作者、研究机构、关键词等内容进行可视化图谱分析。结果:最终纳入中文相关文献2420篇、英文相关文献210篇。中英文文献年发文量均整体呈上升态势,赵致和顾雯分别是中、英文文献产出量最高的作者,贵州大学和云南中医药大学分别为中、英文文献量最多的研究机构。研究热点主要集中在品种选育栽培、临床应用、化学成分与机制研究,其中品种培育、总皂苷、复方临床应用、林下种植可能是中药黄精产业未来的研究焦点。结论:目前中药黄精产业正处在备受关注的快速发展阶段,当下的研究重点内容主要为黄精多糖和栽培技术,其药理研究宽泛不够深入及临床研究匮乏等各方因素不利于产业健康发展,建议各研究团队及国内外相关平台间加强合作交流,聚焦研究热点与前沿并深入研究,推动产业创新改革发展。

Objective:To explore the current status,research hotspots and research frontiers in the field of Huangjing industry,which provides references for future research related to Huangjing.Method:The literature related to Huangjing were collected through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and web of Science database from database establishment to December 31,2022.Taking bibliometrics as the theoretical support,based on CiteSpace6.1.R6 and Excel software,visual map analysis on the publication trend,author,institution,keyword and other contents was carried out.Result:Finally,2420 literatures in Chinese and 210 in English were included.The annual number of published Chinese and English literature was on the rise,ZHAO Zhi and Gu Wen were the authors with the highest volume of Chinese and English literature,and Guizhou University and Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the research institutions with the highest volume of Chinese and English literature,respectively.The research focus was mainly on variety breeding and cultivation,clinical application,chemical composition and mechanism research,among which variety cultivation,total saponins,clinical application of compound and understory planting may be the future research focus of Chinese herbal extract industry.Conclusion:At present,the traditional Chinese medicine Huangjing industry is in the stage of rapid development,and the current research focus is mainly on Huangjing polysaccharide and cultivation technology.The broad and insufficient pharmacological research and the lack of clinical research are not conducive to the healthy development of the industry.It is suggested that various research teams and relevant platforms at home and abroad strengthen cooperation and exchanges,focus on research hotspots and frontiers,and carry out in-depth research.
