摘要
蔗糖脂肪酸酯类化合物是一类相对不多见的化学成分,其结构特征是以蔗糖为中心,通过酯键连有一个或多个脂肪酸链片段,因此具有众多的同分异构体。现代药理学研究表明,该类化合物具有显著的抗炎、抗菌、杀虫、降血糖、抗肿瘤等活性。文中对从植物中分离得到的蔗糖脂肪酸酯类化合物的结构特征及其药理活性进行了综述,以期为更好研究开发该类化合物,并将其应用到医药、保健品、食品等相关领域提供参考依据。
Sucrose fatty acid esters(SEs),relatively rare compounds,are characterized by the esterification of the different hydroxyl groups of sucrose with carboxylic acids,with different degrees of substitution resulting in a large number of regioisomers which generates a wide range of chemical and biological properties.Pharmacology studies reveal that these compounds possess various biological activities,including anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,insecticidal,hypoglycemic and anti-tumor activities.This review provides a comprehensive summary of the structural classification and the diverse pharmacological activities of natural sucrose fatty acid esters,so as to provide reference for future research of SEs as medicinal products,food and other related fields.
