杏香兔耳风软胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎患者的疗效及机制

Effect and Mechanism of Xingxiang Rabbit Ear Wind Soft Capsule in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的探讨杏香兔耳风软胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎患者的疗效及机制。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月乌鲁木齐市第一人民医院收治的82例老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组采用奥硝唑栓治疗,观察组在奥硝唑栓基础上联用杏香兔耳风软胶囊。比较两组症状消失时间,评估两组中医证候严重程度,且检测两组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平。结果观察组白带减少时间、阴道疼痛消失时间、外阴瘙痒消失时间及黏膜充血消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组阴道灼热、带下量大色黄味臭、腰膝酸软、外阴瘙痒、咽干口燥、五心烦热、失眠多梦和头晕目眩积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组阴道灼热、带下量大色黄味臭、腰膝酸软、外阴瘙痒、咽干口燥、五心烦热、失眠多梦和头晕目眩积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.05),TNF-α和MCP-1水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α和MCP-1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论杏香兔耳风软胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎患者的疗效较佳,其机制可能与调节血清炎症指标水平有关。

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Xingxiang rabbit ear wind soft capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods Selected 82 cases of patients with senile vaginitis who were treated in Urumqi first people's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with ornidazole suppository,and the observation group was treated with Xingxiang rabbit earwind soft capsule on the basis of ornidazole suppository.The disappearance time of symptoms between the two groups was compared,the severity of TCM syndromes in the two groups were evaluated,and the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor in the two groups-a(TNF-α)、monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interferon-(IFN-)Level were detected.Results The decrease time of leucorrhea,the disappearance time of vaginal pain,the disappearance time of vulvar pruritus and mucosal congestion in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vulva burning,large amount of yellow smell,sour and soft waist and knees,vulva pruritus,dry throat and mouth,five heart upset heat,insomnia and dreaminess and dizziness in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the scores of vulva burning,insomnia and dizziness in the observation group decreased significantly The scores of large amount of yellow smell,sour and soft waist and knees,pruritus of vulva,dry throat and dry mouth,five heart upset and heat,insomnia,dreaminess and dizziness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum level of IL-2 and IFN-in the two groups increased significantly(P<0.05),TNF-αand MCP-1 levels decreased significantly(P<0.05),and serum IL-2 and IFN-in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),TNF-αand MCP-1 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingxiang rabbit ear wind soft capsule is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of serum levels of inflammatory indexes.
