HXD3C型机车列车供电柜试验时跳主断故障原因分析及处理

摘要 HXD3C型机车通过列车供电柜向旅客列车车辆提供DC600 V电源,为了验证该装置的性能,在机车出厂前需要利用地面负载进行试验,对出厂例行试验过程中出现的TCMS报列车供电柜故障并跳主断问题进行分析,并提出切实有效的解决措施。 The HXD3C locomotive provides DC600 V power to passenger vehicles through the head-end power cabinet.In order to verify the performance of this device,it is necessary to conduct a test using ground load before the locomotive delivery.The paper analyzes the head-end power cabinet faults and main circuit breaker tripping reported by TCMS during the routine test,and proposes the practical and effective solutions.
