无痛分娩用于临床初产妇的效果及对母婴结局的影响

The effectiveness of painless delivery in clinical primiparous women and the impact on maternal and infant outcomes

目的研究无痛分娩在临床初产妇中应用效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取50名初产妇,根据随机盲选法分为对照组与研究组,各25名。对照组采用常规分娩方式,研究组采用无痛分娩方式。比较两组产程时间及母婴结局。结果研究组第一、二产程时间及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组改剖宫产率(8.00%)低于对照组(32.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产后出血量、新生儿出生1 min阿氏评分(Apgar评分)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛分娩在临床初产妇中的应用效果确切,可缩短产程时间,保障母婴预后,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study the effectiveness of painless delivery in clinical primiparous women and the impact on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods 50 primiparas were selected and divided into control group and study group with 25 in each group according to random blind selection method.The control group adopted conventional delivery,and the study group adopted painless delivery.Labor duration and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The first and second stages of labor and the total duration of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section in the study group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(32.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postpartum blood loss and Apgar score 1 min after birth between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of painless delivery in clinical primiparous women is effective,can shorten the delivery process time,ensure the prognosis of mother and baby,and has high clinical application value.
