硝呋太尔-制霉菌素阴道栓联合阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of nifurtel nystatin vaginal suppository combined with vaginal lactobacillus capsule in the treatment of vaginitis

目的探究使用硝呋太尔-制霉菌素阴道栓联合阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊治疗阴道炎中的临床效果。方法选取64例阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为ZM组与RS组,每组32例。ZM组实施硝呋太尔-制霉菌素阴道栓治疗,RS组在ZM组基础上加用阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后阴道分泌物白细胞计数、半年复发率、不良反应发生情况、治疗满意度及生活质量。结果RS组患者的治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于ZM组的78.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RS患者治疗后阴道分泌物白细胞计数明显少于ZM组,半年复发率6.25%明显低于ZM组的28.13%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RS组患者不良反应发生率3.13%明显低于ZM组的21.88%,治疗满意度96.88%明显高于ZM组的75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RS组患者的GQOLI-74评分各项维度均明显高于ZM组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴道炎患者治疗中使用硝呋太尔-制霉菌素阴道栓联合阴道用乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊的干预效果显著,能够减少阴道分泌物白细胞计数,降低半年复发率及不良反应发生率,提高患者治疗满意度及生活质量,值得推广实施。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nifuratel-nystatin vaginal suppository combined with Lactobacillus vaginalis capsule in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods64 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into ZM group and RS group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The ZM group was treated with nifurtel nystatin vaginal suppository,the RS group was treated with vaginal lactobacillus viable capsule on the basis of ZM group.The treatment eficacy,vaginal discharge white blood cell count before and after treatment,six-month recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment satisfaction,and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the RS group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 78.13%in the ZM group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal discharge white blood cell count of RS group was significantly lower than that of the ZM group,and the six-month recurrence rate was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than 28.13%of the ZM group,the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the RS group was 3.13%,which was significantly lower than 21.88%in the ZM group,and the treatment satisfaction rate was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the ZM group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of all dimensions in the RS group were significantly higher than those in the ZM group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of nifuratel nystatin vaginal suppository combined with Lactobacillus vaginalis capsule in the treatment of vaginitis is effective,and it can reduce the white blood cell count of vaginal secretions,reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate for six months,improve patients'treatment satisfaction and quality of life,it is worth promoting the implementation.
