全流程护理干预模式在促进产妇自然分娩中的应用效果研究

Application effect of whole process nursing intervention mode in promoting maternal natural delivery

目的探讨全流程护理干预模式在促进产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选择800名计划自然分娩的产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各400名。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用全流程护理干预模式。比较两组焦虑程度、产程时间、自然分娩率、自然分娩并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、总焦虑率均低于对照组,第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率(71.8%)高于对照组(62.0%),自然分娩并发症发生率(9.8%)低于对照组(19.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全流程护理干预模式可缓解产妇焦虑情绪,缩短产程时间,提高自然分娩率,降低自然分娩并发症发生风险,进而提高产妇对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of the whole process nursing intervention mode in promoting the maternal natural delivery.Methods A total of 800 pregnant women who planned natural delivery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,400 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,while the observation group was treated with whole process nursing intervention mode.The anxiety level,Labor time,natural delivery rate,incidence of natural delivery complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score and the total anxiety rate of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the first,second and third stage of labor were shorter than those in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of natural delivery(71.8%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(62.0%),and the incidence of natural delivery complications(9.8%)was lower than that in the control group(19.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process nursing intervention mode can relieve maternal anxiety,shorten labor time,improve the rate of natural delivery,reduce the risk of natural delivery complications,and improve maternal satisfaction with nursing services.
