综合护理对妊高症患者妊娠相关不良事件发生及生活质量的影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing on pregnancy-related adverse events and quality of life in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的分析综合护理在妊娠期高血压综合征(妊高症)患者中的应用效果。方法选取56例妊高症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组子痫、胎盘早剥、剖宫产、产后出血等妊娠相关不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量各领域评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可确保妊高症患者妊娠期间的安全性,提高患者生活质量,深受患者认可。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 56 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 28 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of pregnancy-related adverse events such as eclampsia,placental abruption,cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in all areas of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can ensure the safety of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients,improve the quality of life of patients,well recognized by patients.
