优质护理在功能性子宫出血患者护理中的应用评价

Evaluation of high quality nursing in patients with functional uterine bleeding

目的研究分析功能性子宫出血患者采用优质护理的临床效果。方法选取80例功能性子宫出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用基础护理,观察组患者采用优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组出血症状缓解用时、完全停止出血用时(3.95±1.13)d、(6.59±1.46)d均短于对照组的(5.25±1.27)d、(8.42±2.19)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活、一般感受及情绪状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活、一般感受及情绪状态评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能失调性子宫出血患者采用优质护理具有显著干预作用,能使患者能够尽快康复,明显提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with functional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The duration of(3.95±1.13)d and(6.59±1.46)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(5.25±1.27)d and(8.42±2.19)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in the scores of physical function,social function,material life,general feeling and emotional state between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,material life,general feeling and emotional state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of highquality nursing for patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a significant intervention effect,so that patients can recover as soon as possible,significantly improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion.
