手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of operating room nursing combined with pathways in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy

目的探究手术室护理配合路径应用于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的效果。方法选取72例接受宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组术中采取常规手术室护理,观察组术中采取手术室护理配合路径干预。比较两组手术室情况、术前1 d及术后1 d的负性情绪评分,以及术后至出院当日并发症总发生率。结果观察组单台手术准备时间、接送时间、手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d的SAS及SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后至出院当日并发症总发生率为2.78%,明显低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中应用手术室护理配合干预,可提高手术效率并降低患者术中出血风险,加快其术后康复进程,减轻其围术期负性情绪,保障其安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing combined with path application in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods 72 patients who received hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing during the operation,and the observation group received operating room nursing combined with path intervention during the operation.The operating room conditions,negative emotion scores 1 day before surgery and 1 day after surgery and the total incidence of complications from the surgery to the day of discharge between the two groups were compared.Results The preparation time,pick-up time,operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than control group one day after the operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications from postoperative to discharge was 2.78%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room nursing intervention in the resection of endometrial polyps can improve the eficiency of surgery and reduce the risk of intraoperative bleeding,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,reduce the perioperative negative emotions,and ensure the safety of patients.
