风电叶片胶粘剂断裂韧性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文选取风电叶片行业所用胶粘剂进行研究,断裂韧性(GIC)表明胶粘剂抗裂纹延展的能力,即胶粘剂韧性。以不同韧性的环氧胶粘剂为测试对象,测试了断裂伸长率、本体冲击、剪切疲劳m值、断裂韧性。实验结果表明:断裂伸长率、冲击强度、疲劳m值与断裂韧性在大多测试结果下呈正相关,但在个别测试结果下冲击强度与断裂韧性呈反相关;对于不同韧性的胶粘剂,判断其韧性好坏不能仅仅依据裂纹扩展方式,还要依据载荷值、胶层破坏模式进行具体分析。 In this paper,the adhesive used in the wind turbine blade industry is selected for research.The fracture toughness(GIC)indicates the ability of the adhesive to resist crack extension,that is,the adhesive toughness.Taking epoxy adhesive with different toughness as the test object,the breaking elongation,bulk impact,shear fatigue m value and fracture toughness were tested.The experimental results show that the fracture elongation,impact strength,fatigue m value and fracture toughness are positively correlated in most test results,but the impact strength and fracture toughness are inversely correlated in some test results;For adhesives with different toughness,the judgment of their toughness is not only based on the crack propagation mode,but also based on the load value and the failure mode of the adhesive layer..
