摘要
以环氧树脂、亚麻油酸、丙烯酸为原料,N,N-二甲基苄胺为催化剂,对羟基苯甲醚为阻聚剂,在一定温度下制备三元聚合物。本文研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、加料方式对产品合成的影响。并通过红外光谱对产品进行表征,结果表明成功合成出了三元共聚物。
A ternary polymer was prepared by epoxy resin,linolenic acid and acrylic acid as raw materials,with N,N-dimethylbenzylamine as catalyst and p-hydroxyanisole as polymerization inhibitor at a certain temperature.The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst dosage and feeding method on the synthesis of the product were studied.The product was characterized by IR spectrum,and the results showed that the terpolymer was successfully synthesized.
