唇腭裂序列治疗中的上颌骨发育管理

Management of maxillary development in cleft lip and palate team approach

唇腭裂患者由于自身遗传因素和后天医源性因素多存在不同程度的上颌骨发育异常,影响面部外形和功能,对患者身心健康造成负担。随着唇腭裂序列治疗理念的不断深入,越来越多的治疗中心认可对上颌骨发育进行主动性干预的重要性。在患者生长发育的不同阶段,上颌骨发育异常的具体表现形式不同,治疗目标和效果不同,尚无统一的治疗策略。文章就唇腭裂综合序列治疗中患者在不同生长发育阶段所面临的上颌骨发育异常及其治疗手段做一综述,以期为唇腭裂患者上颌骨发育管理的临床和科研工作的开展提供支持。

Due to genetic factors and acquired iatrogenic factors,patients with cleft lip and palate often have different degrees of maxillary dysplasia,which affects the maxillofacial shape and function and causes a burden on patients'physical and mental health.With the continuous development of the concept of cleft lip and palate team approach,more and more treatment centers have recognized the importance of active intervention in maxillary development.In different stages of growth,the specific manifestations of maxillary dysplasia are diverse,and the treatment objectives and effects are various.There has been no unified treatment strategy.In order to support the clinical and scientific research of maxillary development management in patients with cleft lip and palate,this article reviews maxillary dysplasia and its treatment in different stages of growth in the process of the cleft lip and palate team approach.
