益生菌健康功能证据等级与推荐体系的发展现状

THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF THE HIERARCHY OF EVIDENCES AND STRENGTH OFRECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE EVALUATION OF HEALTH CLAIMS OF PROBIOTICS

摘要 近年来,随着人体肠道微生物组与健康和疾病关系研究的不断深入,益生菌越来越受到消费者的青睐。但是,目前益生菌的健康功效仍存在很大争议。循证指南或科学共识是指导实践的最佳决策工具,而证据等级和推荐强度分级是其制订的关键。本文在中国知网、万方和PubMed数据库中,系统检索了近10年内发表的国内外益生菌与健康相关的循证指南或科学共识,对其采用的证据等级和推荐强度分级方法进行了综述,为科学评价益生菌健康功能提供了有效的依据。[营养学报,2023,45(2):112-119] With emerging insights into associations between human microbiome and host health,the use of probiotics has became more and more popular.However,there is still no consensus on the efficacy of probiotics.The evidence-based practice guideline is the best instrument to guide the clinical practices,and an appropriate evaluation method of the body of evidence is crucial for the development of this guidelines.We conducted a systematic literature search of the PubMed,CNKI,and Wanfang databases from January 2011 to December 2021,andthe evaluation methods for the hierarchy of evidences and strength of recommendations applied in the clinical guidelines concerning the health claims of probiotics were comprehensively reviewed.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2023,45(2):112-119]
