摘要
动物双歧杆菌乳亚种BB-12(Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB-12, BB-12)是目前被研究最多、应用最广泛的益生菌菌株之一。本文通过检索查阅2021年12月31日前公开发表的国内外文献,共纳入38篇人群干预研究进行综述。结果发现,BB-12在人体内可以维持肠道菌群平衡、改善肠道环境、调节人体免疫功能、减少口腔唾液中变形链球菌数量、缓解便秘症状,而其对上呼吸道感染、代谢调节、婴幼儿体重、过敏、婴幼儿腹泻等相关研究因数量较少,未做综合分析评价。[营养学报,2023,45(2):120-126]
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis BB‐12 is one of the most studied and widely used probiotics.A systematic review was conducted on the literatures published before December 31,2021.The results showed that Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis BB‐12 could maintain the balance of gut microbiota,improve intestinal environment,regulate immune function,reduce the amount of streptococcus mutans in oral saliva,and relieve constipation symptoms.Since there are few studies related to upper respiratory tract infection,metabolic regulation,weight,allergy,diarrhea in infants.Since comprehensive analysis and evaluation have not been conducted in these fields.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2023,45(2):120-126]
