新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病与铁超载研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of iron overload caused by neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 新生儿窒息可引起新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE),缺氧缺血和再灌注在HIE的病理损伤机制中占有重要地位,且二者均伴随铁代谢异常。研究已证实缺氧缺血会导致中枢神经系统铁超载,并随着再灌注的发生而加重脑损伤,本综述重点讨论HIE中铁超载的病理机制和研究现状。
