北京市社区养老服务设施医康功能设置现状与发展策略研究

RESEARCH ON THE CURRENT SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT STRAT­EGIES FOR THE COMMUNITY-BASED ELDERLY CARE FACILITIES WITH MEDICAL AND REHABILITATION FUNCTIONS IN BEIJING

基于对北京市现有社区养老服务设施的全面调查,本文重点从供给侧角度出发,分析具备医康功能的社区养老服务设施的发展概况、服务主体、空间分布、服务内容、人员和用房条件等,探讨此类设施医疗和康复相关的服务能力及现状问题,并结合老年人的实际需求,对其发展提出建议。

Based on a comprehensive survey of the community-based elderly care facilities in Beijing,this paper analyzes the development overview,service subjects,spatial layout,service content,personnel and building conditions of the facilities with medical and health functions from the perspective of supply-side.This paper discusses the capacity and current situation of medical and rehabilitation services in such facilities,and proposes suggestions for their development based on the actual demand of the elderly.
