摘要
在“城市修补、生态修复”的背景下,提升城市慢行系统品质作为其主要内容,成为社会关注的重点。本文以美国圣路易斯城市慢行系统规划项目为例,通过研究地方协助慢行项目建立的独特组织结构,总结了慢行系统设计方法及策略,阐释了慢行系统对城市的意义和作用。本文提出“界面整合”“空间叠合”“资源聚合”的“三合理念”,将其作为新型城市慢行系统可持续性发展的新思路,并探索构建城市慢行系统融合发展的框架及建议。
Under the background of urban renovation and ecological restoration,the improvement of the urban slow traffic system as the main content,has aroused the focus of social attention.This paper takes the urban green way system planning project in St.Louis of the United States as an example,studies the unique organizational structure established by the local government to assist the slow traffic project,and summarizes the slow traffic design strategy and design content.This paper proposes the"three-in-one concept"of"interface integration","space superposition"and"resource aggregation"as a new idea for the sustainable development of the new urban slow traffic system,and explores the framework and suggestion of urban slow traffic system for integrated development.
