摘要
自噬作为一种基本的细胞内环境平衡机制,在体内通过促进细胞代谢影响骨肿瘤的外周及中枢敏化过程,参与骨癌痛(bone cancer pain,BCP)的发展。文章综述了自噬的过程及生理功能,并着重介绍了自噬在肿瘤细胞的骨转移、骨平衡及炎症免疫反应、神经营养因子的调节等过程中的作用,旨在为深入讨论自噬在BCP中的相关作用及BCP的治疗提供新的思路。
As a fundamental mechanism of intracellular environment homeostasis,autophagy participates in the formation of peripheral and central sensitization by impacting cellular metabolism to promote the development of bone cancer pain is(BCP).This paper reviews the process and physiological functions of autophagy,and highlights the role of autophagy in bone metastasis and bone homeostasis of tumor cells,inflammatory immune response,and regulation of neurotrophic factors,in order to deeply discuss the effect of autophagy in bone cancer pain and provide new thoughts for BCP treatment.
