摘要
防洪能力复核是结合水库相关水文资料展开设计洪水复核和调洪验算,评价水库大坝现状抗洪能力的主要方法。以位于乐安河支流清华水的鄣河之上的清华水库为例,在概述水库运行状况及评定等级的基础上,提出水库安全鉴定工作中防洪能力复核的重要性,并依托江西省水文局所编制的《江西省暴雨洪水查算手册》,分别采用瞬时单位线法和经验公式法展开坝址设计洪水计算,根据调洪验算及抗洪能力复核结果,将水库大坝防洪安全等级评定为B级,也为水库管理部门有针对性的采取提高水库大坝防洪安全等级措施提供了依据。
Flood control capacity review is the main method for evaluating the current flood resistance capacity of a reservoir dam by combining relevant hydrological data for design flood review and flood regulation calculation.Taking the Qinghua Reservoir located on Zhang River of Qinghuashui,a tributary of Le'an River,as an example,on the basis of summarizing the operation status and evaluation grade of the reservoir,the importance of rechecking the flood control capacity in the reservoir safety appraisal is proposed,and the dam site design flood calculation is carried out by using the instantaneous unit hydrograph method and empirical formula method respectively based on the Jiangxi Provincial Hydrological Bureau's Handbook for the Calculation of Torrential Flood Water in Jiangxi Province.According to the results of flood regulation calculation and flood resistance capacity review,the flood control safety level of the reservoir dam is rated as Level B,which also provides a basis for the reservoir management department to take targeted measures to improve the flood control safety level of the reservoir dam.
