Study on Sustainable Utilization of Urban Surface Water Resources

当前城市的快速发展、人口的过度集聚和快速增长使得城市用水需求十分旺盛且迫切。与此同时,各行各业的发展也加剧了水污染风险,水环境带有一定的恶化趋势。在明确可持续发展战略之后,必须关注并思考水环境问题的解决,以可持续发展思维指导水资源的科学利用。水资源的可持续利用中则应重点关注城市地表水资源的开发与利用,以多学科、多专业的协同指导水资源的优化调度,推动国民经济发展,满足群众用水诉求。就城市地表水资源可持续利用问题,以山东聊城城市地表水资源利用为例,明确当前存在的问题,并为科学持续利用地表水资源,进一步推动社会可持续发展寻找有效应对措施。

With the rapid development of the city,the excessive agglomeration and rapid growth of the population,the demand for urban water is very strong and urgent.At the same time,the development of various industries has also exacerbated the risk of water pollution,and the water environment has a certain trend of deterioration.After defining the strategy of sustainable development,we must pay attention to and think about the solution of water environment problems,and guide the scientific utilization of water resources with the thinking of sustainable development.In the sustainable utilization of water resources,emphasis should be placed on the development and utilization of urban surface water resources,and multi-disciplinary and multi-professional cooperation should guide the optimal allocation of water resources,promote the development of national economy,and meet the demands of people for water use.Regarding the sustainable utilization of urban surface water resources,taking the utilization of urban surface water resources in Liaocheng,Shandong as an example,this paper clarifies the current problems and seeks effective measures for the scientific and sustainable utilization of surface water resources,further promoting social sustainable development.
