基于Fluent的南水北调闸门流固耦合数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 水工钢闸门在南水北调中线工程中应用较为普遍,对工程的安全及有效输水起着较重要的作用。利用现场闸门检测结果,验证了所建数值模型的合理性,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)方法,利用RNG k-ε湍流模型,基于流固耦合理论,结合ANSYS Workbench平台内的Fluent分析模块及Static Structural分析模块,对闸门在不同开度下进行数值模拟分析,得出流场的水流压强和闸门的Mises应力及位移,探寻在不同开度时流场压强及闸门受力规律。结果表明:随着闸门开度的不断减小,闸门底缘附近的压强不断增大,同时闸门面板及主横梁的Mises应力及位移均是不断增大的,尤其当闸门开度小于0.40后,闸门附近处压强有明显增大趋势,面板和横梁的应力及位移有明显增大现象。 Hydraulic steel gate is widely used in the middle line of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which plays an important role in the safety and effective water conveyance of the project.In this paper,the rationality of the numerical model is verified by the field gate test results.The CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method is used,and the RNG k-8 turbulence model is used.Based on the fluid-solid coupling theory,the Fluent analysis module and Static Structural analysis module in ANSYS Workbench platform are combined to carry out the numerical simulation analysis of the gate under different openings.The flow pressure of the flow field and the Mises stress and displacement of the gate are obtained.Explore the law of flow field pressure and gate force at different openings.The results show that with the decrease of the gate opening,the pressure near the bottom edge of the gate increases continuously,and the Mises stress and displacement of the gate panel and the main beam increase continuously.Especially when the gate opening is less than O.4,the pressure near the gate increases significantly,and the stress and displacement of the panel and the beam increase significantly.
