摘要
首端输水隧洞开挖施工处于复杂多变的地质环境条件下,做好科学合理的开挖施工重难点分析预判,采取切实有效的积极应对策略并实施恰当的应对措施,对整个首端输水隧洞工程建设的顺利开展具有重大的工程意义。为此,结合某首端输水隧洞开挖施工工程施工组织设计实践案例,做好输水隧洞开挖施工难点分析并布置相应的有效解决措施。结果表明,首端输水隧洞开挖施工的重难点一般包括:存在可能出现岩溶塌陷等不良地质现象开挖段,隧洞通风排烟难度大,存在涌水(泥)风险,洞内存在有害气体,施工干扰及协调难度大,施工沿线地上地下建筑物和设施的安全运行保护,隧洞施工质量保障等诸多问题,实践中依据科学分析及时有效设计应对措施。对类似输水隧洞施工建设具有科学借鉴意义。
The excavation of the first water conveyance tunnel is under the complex and changeable geological environment conditions.So it is of great engineering significance to the conduct the scientific and reasonable analysis and prediction of the key and effective measures,adopt the practical and effective countermeasures,and implement the appropriate measures for the smooth implementation of the entire project..Therefore,combined with the practice case of construction organization design of a first water conveyance tunnel excavation construction project,the excavation difficulties of water transmission tunnel are analyzed and the corresponding effective measures are arranged.The results show that the first water conveyance tunnel excavation difficulties generally include:There may be adverse geological phenomena such as karst collapse in the excavation section.It is difficult to ventilate and smoke exhaust in the tunnel.There is a risk of water(mud)gushing.There are harmful gases in the tunnel.It is difficult to interfere with and coordinate the construction.There are many problems such as the safe operation protection of ground and underground buildings and facilities along the construction line,and the quality assurance of tunnel construction In practice,timely and effective response measures are designed based on scientific analysis.It has scientific reference significance for the construction of similar water transmission tunnel.
