摘要
韩江高陂水利工程是位于韩江中下游和三角洲这一河段防洪和供水体系中重要工程,为了解决工程中F12断层破碎带的不稳定问题,提出化学灌浆技术。介绍韩江高陂水利工程概况。准备化学灌浆设备与原材料,在流体力学的支持下,确定化学灌浆扩散机理,通过钻孔、配浆、灌浆、封孔等步骤,实现F12断层破碎带化学灌浆。通过灌浆效果实测实验,发现优化设计化学灌浆技术的平均透水率和涌水量分别为0.91 Lu和0.17 L/min·m,且灌浆成果的变形量满足预期要求。
High Po Han River water conservancy project is an important project in the flood control and water supply system of the middle and lower reaches of the Han River and the delta.In order to solve the instability of the F12 fault fracture zone in the project,chemical grouting technology is proposed.The general situation of High Po Han River water conservancy project in Han River is introduced.Prepare chemical grouting equipment and raw materials,determine the diffusion mechanism of chemical grouting under the support of fluid mechanics,and realize chemical grouting in F12 fault fracture zone through drilling,slurry mixing,grouting,hole sealing and other steps.Through the actual test of grouting effect,it is found that the average water permeability and water inflow of the optimized design chemical grouting technology are 0.91 Lu and 0.17 L/min·m respectively,and the deformation of the grouting results meet the expected requirements.
