基于水矿资源开发利用共存优化的水库坝址比选

摘要 水库工程在成库河段坝址比选时要充分考虑地形地貌、水资源状况及工程地质条件等综合因素影响,尤其是对新建煤矿日后采空区与库区可能构成的水力联系采取适当的工程措施加以避免和对煤矿开采边界适当调整必须同时考虑的情形,则使得可选坝址与新建矿井间的位置关系和水力条件差异构成了坝址优化选择的重点内容。为此,结合樱桃坪水库坝址比选的实践案例展开分析论证。研究表明,樱桃坪水库坝址比选从地形地质条件、枢纽工程布置条件、施工条件和淹没投资等几个方面对上、下坝进行全方位比较,尤其是在水库工程建设与煤矿开采之间寻求出一个经济、社会效益的平衡点,实现了水、矿资源的开发利用共存优化,确定了投入产出比较优的樱桃坪水库坝址。此水库工程的实践可为类似水库枢纽坝址比选提供借鉴参考。 When selecting dam sites in the Chengku section of the reservoir project,comprehensive factors such as terrain,water resources,and engineering geological conditions should be fully considered.Especially for the hydraulic connection that may be formed between the future goaf of the new coal mine and the reservoir area,appropriate engineering measures must be taken to avoid it.The situation where the appropriate adjustment of the coal mine boundary must be considered at the same time makes the position relationship and hydraulic conditions between the optional dam site and the new mine become the key content of dam site optimization selection.Therefore,this article analyzes and demonstrates the practice of dam site selection for the Yingtao Ping reservoir,combining with practical cases.The study shows that the dam site selection of the Yingtao Ping reservoir compares the upper and lower dams from several aspects such as terrain and geological conditions,hub engineering layout conditions,construction conditions,and submerged investment.The study shows that the dam site selection of the Yingtao Ping reservoir compares the upper and lower dams from several aspects such as terrain and geological conditions,hub engineering layout conditions,construction conditions,and submergedinvestment.
