摘要
本研究挖掘古籍中相关肿瘤疾病之理法方药,基于德尔菲法调研中医肿瘤及古籍方面专家,构建肿瘤疾病古籍证据循证评价体系,并以乳岩(乳腺癌)进行示范性研究。对古籍中肿瘤相关方药进行评分定级,以期对中医肿瘤古籍进行溯源,并辅助临床决策,更好地应用于真实世界中医肿瘤临床。
In this study,the evidence-based evaluation system of tumour-related prescriptions and medicines in ancient Chinese medical books was developed based on the Delphi method,and an exemplary study of breast cancer was conducted.The tumour-related prescriptions in the ancient books were scored and graded,with a view to tracing the ancient books of TCM oncology and assisting clinical decision-making for better application in real-world TCM oncology clinics.
