从“气街-咽喉-肾间动气轴”论消渴肾病病机

Discussion on the pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy from‘pathway of qi-throatmovement qi between the kidney axis'

南征教授认为在消渴肾病的进展过程中,气街、咽喉与肾间动气之间相互作用,构成了一个轴的关系。为了深入研究消渴肾病病机,文章结合现代医学和《黄帝内经》等经典,从冲脉、膜原及“动气轴”本身等几处关键点来探讨“气街-咽喉-肾间动气轴”对消渴肾病发展的作用机制,解释了肾间动气、膜原的内涵,阐明毒邪经“气街-咽喉-肾间动气轴”的传变途径和原理,进一步完善了消渴肾病病机。

Professor NAN Zheng suggested that there is an axial relationship among the pathway of qi,the throat and the movement qi between the kidney in the progression of diabetes nephropathy.In order to further study the pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy,based on modern medicine and Huangdi Neijing,this paper discusses the mechanism of the‘pathway of qi-throatmovement qi between the kidney axis’from several key points such as the thoroughfare channel,membrane source and the‘axis’itself,explains the connotation of the movement qi between the kidney and membrane source,illustrates the transmission pathway and mechanism of the‘pathway of qi-throat-movement qi between kidney axis’,and further improves the pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy.
