基于“玄府-气液理论”探讨干燥综合征的腺体损害

Exploration of gland damage in Sjögren’s syndrome based on‘Xuanfu-qiye theory’

干燥综合征(SS)是我国发病率较高的一种结缔组织病。其腺体损害是最常见的表现,严重降低生活质量,引发患者的情绪问题。目前对于SS的腺体损害临床上常用的治疗方法为替代疗法及M型胆碱能受体激动剂等,但也发现很多的不足如缓解时间短、复发率高、不良反应多等。而现代研究均发现中医药有独特的优势。文章对SS腺体损害的治疗困境进行了详细论述,并从“玄府-气液理论”入手,阐释了SS发生的理论基础,基于此进一步分析了刘英教授治疗SS腺体损害方面的经验与思路,为SS腺体损害治疗提供新思路和新方案。

Sjögren’s syndrome(SS)is a connective tissue disease with high incidence rate in China.Gland damage is the most common manifestation,which seriously reduces the quality of life and leads to emotional problems.At present,the commonly used clinical treatment methods for SS gland damage are alternative therapy and M-type cholinergic receptor agonists,but many deficiencies have been found,such as short remission time,high recurrence rate,large side effects and so on.Modern studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages.In this paper,the treatment dilemma of SS gland damage is discussed in detail,and the theoretical basis of SS occurrence is explained from the‘Xuanfu-qiye theory’.Based on this,the experience and ideas of LIU Ying in treating SS gland damage are further analyzed,so as to provide new ideas and new solutions for the treatment of SS gland damage.
