接受理论视域下《饮膳正要》的中日流播与受容

Spread and acceptance of Yinshan Zhengyao in China and Japan from the perspective of reception theory

《饮膳正要》的成书背景、版本考证与内容特色等方面已广受当今学界关注。接受理论则提示从受众的角度出发,将其对《饮膳正要》的引用、增删、阐释、评判等内容纳入考察视域,侧重于揭示《饮膳正要》成书之后如何为历代读者所接受。研究表明,《饮膳正要》因其蕴含的民族医药学、语言文字学、物产学等丰富内容,不仅受到后世医家、本草学家的重视,也为博物学家、字词典籍编纂者等人所关注。通过目录学方法梳理《饮膳正要》在中日的流播,可初步探知不同读者对是书作者、分类、价值的认知差异;进一步考察读者再创作时对原书内容的选择与改动,则能更深入地阐明《饮膳正要》中知识的受容与演进。

The background,edition and characteristics of Yinshan Zhengyao have been widely concerned by the academic circles today.The study of reception history is to start from the perspective of the audience,and bring its quotation,addition and deletion,interpretation,evaluation and other contents of Yinshan Zhengyao into the inspection field of vision,focusing on revealing how Yinshan Zhengyao has been accepted by readers of previous dynasties after it was written.The research shows that,because of its rich contents of ethnology,philology,and natural resources,Yinshan Zhengyao is not only paid attention to by later physicians and herbalists,but also by naturalists,word compilers and other people.Using the method of bibliography to sort out the circulation of Yinshan Zhengyao in China and Japan,we can preliminarily explore the cognitive differences of different readers on the author,classification and value of Yinshan Zhengyao.A further study of the readers’choices and changes of the original book during their re-creation will further clarify the acceptance and evolution of knowledge in Yinshan Zhengyao.
