摘要
WC-Co硬质合金由难熔金属化合物WC和粘结相Co组成,其展现出优异综合性能因而被广泛应用于制造各种削切刀具和耐磨部件。目前人们研究的重点在硬质合金粉体的制备、烧结以及晶粒长大抑制剂等方面,然而硬质合金的成型工艺由于技术复杂且较难改进,受到的关注较少,但成型工艺作为硬质合金制备的重要一环起着从粉末到样品的承接作用,成型后坯体具有高致密度、高均匀性对于后续烧结获得最终硬质合金产品的物理力学性能具有很大的促进效果。对注射成型、等静压成型、模压成型等传统WC-Co硬质合金成型技术进行介绍,并对最新研究进展进行概述,重点介绍近年来兴起的3D打印技术在WC-Co硬质合金上的应用现状,最后对各种成型技术的优缺点及前景进行分析与展望。
WC-Co cemented carbide is composed of the refractory metal compound WC and the bonding phase Co,which exhibits excellent overall performance and is therefore widely used in the manufacture of various cutting tools and wear-resistant components.However,the forming process of cemented carbide has received less attention due to its technical complexity and difficulty to improve,but the forming process,as an important part of cemented carbide preparation,plays a role in the transition from powder to sample,and the high density and homogeneity of the formed billet contributes to the subsequent sintering of the final cemented carbide product.The physical and mechanical properties of the final cemented carbide product are greatly promoted by the molding process.The article introduces the traditional WC-Co cemented carbide molding techniques such as injection molding,isostatic molding,and molding,and gives an overview of the latest research progress,focusing on the current situation of the application of 3D printing technology on WC-Co cemented carbide,which has emerged in recent years,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,and prospects of various molding techniques.
