摘要
路面表面纹理特性是影响轮胎振动噪声产生的主要因素。为探索研究表面纹理特性与振动噪声的相关性,采用激光扫描技术提取路面轮廓高程数据,基于数值分析方法构建表面纹理激励下的振动噪声模型,提炼一批有代表性的表面纹理几何表征参数,研究分析表面纹理特性与振动噪声的定量关系及影响权重。研究表明,表面轮廓的几何形态对振动噪声有着不同程度的影响,其中纵向高程差小、横向波长分布间距较大、轮廓峰趋于扁平化产生较低水平振动噪声;表面纹理的空间形态和纵向深度指标对振动噪声影响最为显著。
The characteristics of road surface texture are the main factors that affect the generation of tire vibration noise.In order to explore the correlation between surface texture characteristics and vibration noise,this paper used laser scanning technology to extract the elevation data of pavement contour,built a vibration noise model under surface texture excitation based on numerical analysis method,extracted a batch of representative geometric characterization parameters of surface texture,and studied and analyzed the quantitative relationship between surface texture characteristics and vibration noise as well as the influence weight.The results showed that the geometry of the surface contour has different degrees of influence on the vibration noise.Among them,the longitudinal elevation difference is small,the transverse wavelength distribution spacing is large,and the contour peak tends to flatten to produce lower level vibration noise.The spatial morphology and longitudinal depth of surface texture have the most significant influence on vibration and noise.
