标准化GFRP桁架梁承载力试验研究与有限元分析 被引量:1

Experimental Research and Finite Element Analysis on Bearing Capacity of Standardized GFRP Truss Beam

摘要 提出了一种标准化GFRP桁架梁,由帽型弦杆与标准V型件通过环氧树脂螺栓连接而成。设计了3组跨度均为6.0m的桁架梁试件,并对其进行竖向承载力试验和有限元分析。结果表明:增加V型件的高度可提高桁架梁抗弯刚度及极限承载力;桁架梁在竖向荷载作用下的破坏形式为端部V型件单肢被拉断或翼缘板在螺孔处发生剪切破坏;桁架梁有限元分析结果与试验数据相符较好,证明建模方法可靠。设计的GFRP桁架梁可满足一般屋面要求,且可通过增加V型件厚度及开孔边距来提高桁架梁的抗弯刚度和承载力。 A standardized GFRP truss beam was proposed,which consists of hat-section chords and V-shaped web members bolted together by epoxy bolts.Three groups of GFRP truss beam specimens with a span of 6.0m were designed,and then the vertical bearing capacity test and finite element analysis were carried out.The results show that,increasing the height of the V-shaped webs can improve the bending stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the truss beam.The failure mode of the truss beam under vertical load is that the single limb of the V-shaped web member at the end is pulled off or the flange of the V-shaped web is sheared at the screw hole.The FEA results are basically consistent with the test results,which verifies the correctness of the finite element modeling method.The GFRP truss beam designed can meet the general roof requirements,and the bending stiffness and bearing capacity of the truss beam can be improved by increasing the thickness of the V-shaped web members and the spacing of the holes.
